Q. What forms of payment does Hindostone accept?

A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Google Checkout.  We will charge your credit card for the total value of your order including freight upon shipping your order.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?

A. Production begins on all orders once the order is received.  Since the orders are custom, we are unable to accept any returns.  If we have sent the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 10 days for a replacement or credit.

Q. What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

A. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All returns must be authorized by us. We will gladly replace broken or defective items.

Q. How long does it take for my order to ship?

A. All orders are made to order.  Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from our Carmel, Indiana facility.
